By using this website, contacting us, booking a lesson, or purchasing a lesson package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Learn with Angelica offers online language lessons in Italian, English, and German.
Learn with Angelica provides online language lessons to students worldwide. Lessons are delivered remotely and are available to learners from different countries.

Lessons are personalised according to the student’s level, goals, and learning needs.
Lessons can be booked by contacting Learn with Angelica through the website, email, or another agreed communication channel.
A booking is confirmed only once the lesson time has been agreed by both the teacher and the student.
Free trial lessons may be offered to new students, subject to availability.
Lessons are usually held online through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or another agreed platform.
Students are responsible for ensuring that they have:
Learn with Angelica is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.
Lesson prices are displayed on the website or communicated directly before booking.
Payment must be made by the agreed payment method, such as bank transfer or another accepted method.
Lesson packages must normally be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may be changed at any time. However, confirmed and already paid lesson packages will not be affected by future price changes.
A free trial lesson may be offered to new students.
The purpose of the trial lesson is to discuss the student’s goals, assess their level, explain the lesson format, and answer questions.
Only one free trial lesson is available per student unless otherwise agreed.
Students are kindly asked to cancel or reschedule lessons at least 24 hours in advance.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson may be charged in full.
If the student does not attend the lesson without prior notice, the lesson may be considered completed and charged in full.
Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergency, or other exceptional circumstances at the teacher’s discretion.
If Learn with Angelica needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the student will be offered a new lesson time at no additional cost.
If the student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time, unless otherwise agreed.
If the teacher arrives late, the lost time will be added to the lesson or compensated in another agreed way.
Lesson packages are personal and cannot be transferred to another person unless agreed in advance.
Packages should be used within the agreed validity period.
If no specific validity period is stated, lesson packages should normally be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Unused lessons may not be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Refunds are generally not provided for completed lessons.
For unused lesson packages, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund may exclude lessons already taken, administrative costs, bank fees, or other costs already incurred.
If Learn with Angelica is unable to provide lessons that have already been paid for, the student will be offered either rescheduling or a refund for the lessons not provided.

However, learning results depend on several factors, including attendance, practice, motivation, study habits, and starting level.
No specific exam result, language level, or learning outcome can be guaranteed.
Exam preparation lessons may include strategies, practice tasks, feedback, and language support.
However, Learn with Angelica is not responsible for official exam results, exam registration, exam fees, exam dates, or decisions made by exam centres.
Students are responsible for checking official exam requirements directly with the relevant exam provider.
All lesson materials created by Learn with Angelica remain the intellectual property of Learn with Angelica unless otherwise stated.
Students may use materials for personal study only.
Materials may not be copied, shared, published, sold, uploaded online, or distributed to third parties without written permission.
